Rehab Homes In Progress

UNI selects Rehab homes to improve the quality of a neighborhood. The homes under-go an extensive process to ensure the quality of the project to make sure the homes are in "move in ready" condition.

Eligibility requirements:

• Primary Residence

• Income Qualified Per HUD

• Completion of 8-hour Homebuyer Educational Workshop

Qualified buyers may be eligible for up to 20% affordability assistance.
